Computer Science vs IT for college?

I am going to be attending college in the fall. I originally my plan was to go for engineering with an IT minor. But after getting into Google’s computer science summer institute I want to do something with computers for my major. I would like to do something in the IT field for a job after college. What looks better on a resume coming out of college, computer science or IT major? Any feedback would be great.
