computer shut down after power on

hi
when i power on my laptop after a few second it shut down automatically and i also cannot go to the CMOS setup when i press F2 to go the setting computer shut down before I can go to the setup, i tried to reinstall the window but when the window setup starts after a while computer shut down itself if you know about any solution please help me
