Computer Transportation in Cold Weather

I will be moving cross-country soon, which means moving computers in freezing weather. I will have 6 computers to transport. 5 of them are i386 based machines, running combinations of Linux/Windows. One is an HP Server.

My question is: is there any potential for damage to any of these machines caused by the cold weather? I will have to stay overnight (as will the moving company) in temperatures between 15-25 F.
