Computer turns on on its own!….

Hi guys,
I am a programmer/computer consultant with 7+ years of experience. With that being said, here is the issue that has me scratching my head…
Every time I set my computer in Hybernation, it turns on on its own around 12:00am. This does not happen when I shut it off, only when it hybernates.
I have tried anything I can think of, I have checked the registry, startup, scheduled tasks, windows updates, BIOS, trojans, viruses, you name it, I cannot figure out why this damn thing turns on automatically at midnight (when hybernating).

I am out of ideas. Any suggestions?
