concern about an exchange 5.5 upgrade

I’ve just installed exchange 5.5 on my novell network & I’m currently using outlook 98 on my workstations. So far I have successfully accessed email accounts w/out any problems. I have client for Microsoft networks installed on my workstations in order to access some NT services. Under properties in the network logon options section I only have Logon and Restore network connections selected. Will I encounter any issues down the road with my present setup, regarding my email?
