config a rv082 vpn

Hi

I have a rv082 and want to config the vpn using a client to connect what i need is someone to guide me with all the steps that i must follow, i have two isp in my router

. what ports must i open to connect
. what kind of connection should i have
. should i establish a kind of rules
. can i use a client to gateway tab or just
. a tunnel, group vpn or pptp server ?
. or just create users
. which cliento do i use quickvpn or winxpclien

As you see im new configuring a vpn thats why im looking for help.

maybe there is someone to share the capture images of its configuration so that i success.
