Config. Win2000 laptop w/mult domains

My LAN has a frame relay circuit to a remote site. That site has no lan server. When we aquired that facility all the PC’s had fixed IP address’s so we they were kept although they were quite different from ours.
I now have a laptop with Win2000 Pro that is carried between the two locations. How do I configure it to minimize the users effort when he changes locations?
