Configring Workstation on 3.12 Server

Dear Sir,

1. I have Novell 3.12 server. I want to install pentium I on that server. Now I want to know how to configure workstation so that i can boot from the server ? as the workstation is disk less.

2. I also have win 98 machine with intel810e motherboard. I want the option at the start of workstation : Boot from server yes/no…
how to do that. I tried making changes in bios but did not succeed. How to do. Plz help me
