configure SBS 2003 DNS Server

I have a general question here… I just want to make sure I have this setup correctly. I have a single SBS 2003 box with dual NICs. I have our website hosted w/GoDaddy, but I’m using their TotalDNS control for the MX Record. Email isn’t the issue.

My issue is, how to setup “owa.company.com” do I have to configure my DNS Server on my SBS Box somehow. If so… my ZONE…should be what? “company.com” or “mail.company.com” I’m a little confused.
