Configuring a Cisco 827 router – ADSL

by rieldave . Updated 25 years ago

I need help configuring a Cisco 827 router to be used as a router/modem for
an ADSL connection for a small- less than 10 PCs, peer-to-peer network.

I know the DNS servers, the static IP address assigned by the ISP, the
Encapuslation(PPPoE), the login id and password but I can’t get the config
right, even with the help of a Cisco engineer. Ideally, a sample config
would be great. Also, I need to figure out how to point the browsers on
the PCs to the ADSL connection.
