Configuring a cisco router AUX

I have a Cisco 2600 router, and I need to configure the AUX port to connect to the cable modem for internet. I only have one ethernet port and that will be used to connect to the network. I heard that the AUX port is different to configure than the ethernet. Can someone please provide me with the information on how to configure the AUX port for internet? Thanks
