Configuring cisco 5300 for dialup

Hey everybody,

I am using a cisco 5300 with 4 e1’s and 120 modems
under dialup. The problem i have is it does not work with
analog phone lines, in my country not all phone lines
are digital, the national operator changed only 65% of them, and the users
who have to use pulse dial can not connect.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem of mine?
