Configuring cisco 871 router with Public I.P (real I.P)

I have cisco 871 router.I want to use it for Internet.The ISP gave me Public I.Ps I want to use public I.ps on the LAN side too .The users will connect to LAN side by using public I.P.

NO natting,NO DHCP on lan side.How should I bridge wan and lan ?

I want to configure WAN port (Faster Ethernet 4) with Some Public I.P .I have a Public I.P subnet 255.255.255.248.

On the LAN side (4 ports LAN or Vlan1) I want the users to connect for Internet .On the Lan side also i want public I.ps…ok?
