Configuring ISA server on DC

I have installed windows 2003 server and configured a network which was working fine…After installing ISA server the clients unable to ping the server and I am getting domain not found error while adding a new PC to domain…
After uninstalling ISA the clients are working well…I want to install ISA in my DC how could I solve this problem….?
