CONFIGURING PUBLIC FOLDERS IN OUTLOOK 2003

HI
I am using exchange server 2003
and all my client computers are using outlook 2003
I want to configure public folders on the outlook clients.
I have already configured public folders on the exchange server.
My oulook clients are configured for pop3 ie i use “pst”
On my outlook clients i do not have the option of PUBLIC FOLDERS on the folders lists.

How can i make the outlook clients see the public folders .
Does pop3 support public folders
