Connect error

When I run the command line I get The IIS Migration tool was unable to connect to the remote computer. Access is denied.

I am a local admin on the source server and target server, not sure why it would not let me connect.

Also what port will IISMT connect to source server? Wonder if I need to open that port in firewall?
