Connect to VPN through another network

I have a client who has a satelite office located within another practice. He uses their LAN to access the internet. This practice has an ISDN line and a router connected to this line.

I set up my client’s laptop (WIN 98)to connect to our network throught the VPN driver. It gets to our network and trys to authenticate, but cannot return any information back.
