Connect two W7 similar remote networks to see all computers directly.

Have two network locations 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.2.1 connected over T1. The second location get Internet from the first and I can ping the remote server but can not see remote server or computers (W7 Shared). Server is W2008R2 and Computers are W7 Pro.
