connecting 2 WAN sites

I have 2 WAN sites connected by 2 routers. Each having 1 serial & 1 ethernet ports. I am changing my WAN provider that connects via the serial interfaces
to one that requires just a ethernet port link at both ends. Can I use the same routers to do this this physical connection? If so how will it work.
