Connecting a server to 2 internet connections

Hi Hello:
I have windows 2003 server running. It is currently connected to my internal network which as a T-1 as its backbone. We also have a cable modem as a second backbone. How could I configure the server to use the cable modem as at the same time so on one nic it is using the internal network card and the second card its using the cable connection?
