Connecting a Windows 7 PC to a Server 2003 network?

Hi guys,
A while ago I got some information from TR on how to get my Windows 7 PC logged in to a Server 2003 environment with nothing more than a change in Local Group Policy. For the life of me I do not know where I saved that information and have a colleague that needs to do the same.
Could someone please point me at that piece of information?
