Connecting DVD recorder to TV using HDMI from DVD to the PC VGA on TV

My TV has 4 HDMI slots but as I have filled them up, I want to connect my DVD recorder to the TV somehow. Can it be done via a HDMI end from the DVD Recorder into the TV via the PC socket ?

If not how can it be done ?
