Connecting exchange 2003 between mother company and branch

i work in a company in KSA, and our mother company is in Germany, they want us to use the same mail domain ( @mothercompany.com), the main mail server is located in germany, a VPN connection will be established from KSA to Germany, can anyone help me on how to configure the exchange 2003 server in KSA?
