Connecting LAN’s

Help please. Can I connect to LANS in two different offices. The trick is both LANS have about 4 pc’s and both offices are using cable modems from cablevision with Linksys routers and as you may know cablevision uses DHCP no static IP’s. How can I share files between the two offices. By the way to far away to consider wireless. Thanks
