Connecting nameserver to database server

While I am trying to install oscommerce via web browser I get mesage ….My first nameserver that is ‘NS1.recreate.ORG’ is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
which two settings I should recheck

I am in need of exact technical help /resource ASAP.
