Connecting to a PC on our domain

I was wondering if there is a way to connect to a PC that is on our domain but in a different subnet?

We have other locations on the same domain but using a different subnet and I can not connect to them VIA network Neighbourhood and would like to know if that is possible. Or maybe its distance thing???
