Connecting to Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003

Dear all,

I have been having this problem for a couple of weeks now.

I am not able to connect to my Exchange Server with Oulook 2003. Not everybody on my netwok has this problm but about 3 users are not able to d so. But the strange thing is that i can ping the server, radmin to it and even connect with OWA. But when trying to connect with Outlook 2003 with the it tells me that it is disconnected.

Please i have tried almost everything i could think off. i created a new profile for all the usres. Even a new profile on the desktop itself to see if it might be that. Added the servers to the host file.
Please anyone. Help
