Connecting to office PC with pcAnywhere

Need assistance with connecting thru linksys 4 port cable/dsl router over the internet from home using pcAnywhere V10.5.

Have used settings for Router and pcAnywhere as recommended by both support web sites but nothing seems to work. Get cannot find host error message. I can successfully at connecting from with the office LAN.

Any help appreciated.
