Connecting to other WAP’s kicking users off our Network

We currently have 5 wireless notebooks and 2 WAP’s one on our first level one on our second level. While working off of our wireless connection our users connection drops and automatically connects to outside wireless resources obviously not using WEP codes. Is there anyway to set out notebooks up to only access our wireless network?
