Connecting to SQL Server after IP change

We recently changed the IP Address of our SQL Server from 192.168.0.x to 192.168.156.x. The server is running as usual without any issues. But, the clients are unable to connect to the Server using TCP/IP. Nevertheless, they are able to connect to the server using Named Pipe.
