Connecting two LAN

My company has two buildings. the first building has 128Kbps Internet Leased Line, Second building is located 4Km away from first building. we don’t have any Internet Connection for second building.

Now my Director wants me to Link the LAN of Second building to the First building which 4km away.

1) How do i link these to LANs & provide the second building internet connection ??
