Connecting USB Bluetooth Dongle and Lappy wifi to access Internet

Hi,

I have a Desktop which is connected with a DSL Broadband (wired) and another Laptop which has Wi-fi.

I also have a bluetooth on desktop. I just would like to know whether I can construct LAN with Desktop and Laptop to access internet with existing resources. Or what else do I need access wireless internet with existing DSL?
