Connecting VideoMic Go to Laptop

I have a Lenovo Z50-75 running Windows 10, and would like to know if it is at all possible to use my Rode VideoMic Go with it. It doesn’t have a dedicated microphone port – only a headphone jack. Perhaps there is an adapter? It would be preferable to be able to use headphones simultaneously.
