Connecting VMware ESX server to EMC

I am trying to configure zoning for ESX 2.5.3 and our EMC CX600 using 1 HBA card connected to one 4100 brocade switch. In the switch admin, the port where the HBA is plugged into is showing status “In_Sync” instead of “Online” or “No-light”. I have not done anything yet to configure the connection. The only thing I did is install the HBA in the ESX box and connect it to the switch using a fiber cable. Is there any document that show what are the configuration needed to complete such a task?.
