Connecting Wireless G linksys router to wireless g belkin router

hi.. i have a computer wired to a Wireless G linksys router at the moment, however we want to move the computer upstairs into another room. it would be impracticle to rewire all the internet upstairs so i wondered if it would be possible to leave the internet connected to the linksys router downstairs, and connect the computer upstairs to the belkin router. would the belkin router be able to wirelessly connect to the linkyss router downstairs or would you suggest just buying a linkysy wireless enabled card thing for ?20 instead .. ive checked around various posts but not found any sites which explain if it is possible to connect these 2 routers successfully.
