We have a massive amount of home based workers who all have broadband, we supply the router (Zyxel 660hw) and laptop with the VPN client installed (Cisco VPN client 4.6)
For the majority of people this works fine using either wired or Wireless.
My problem is that on occassions we come across someone who can connect with the cable fine through the client but when they try the same connection using the wireless function on the laptop the connection fails with “unable to establish a TCP connection”
In the log file in states
“Attempted incoming connection from 81.144.200.20. Inbound connections are not allowed”
“Split-DNS requires Split Tunneling and a primary DNS server”
Can anyone shed any light as we have had cases where we replace it with a known working router and we still get the same issues.
If anyone can help or drop me an email at lee_robertsons@hotmail.com it would be appreciated
Thanks
