Connections do not clear

I have a customer that has NW4.11, and Zenworks 2.0. They’re using remote management. The problem that I have is the connections listed in monitor don’t seem to clear when the workstations are shut down. All the workstations are Win98 SE. I’m not sure what patches are loaded on the server. I have the shutdown patches loaded on the workstations. Any suggestions????
