Content Advisor blocks intranet

We have a web application running from a server and to access the page one would type http://ip address/etc

I have the noaccess.rat set up on our systems however I am having problems with it asking for passwords for this particular application. This is the only intranet application we are using and it prompts me 2-3 times for a password before it allows me to view the log in screen from which I can then manuver the page without problem. No matter how I approve this site either via IP or http://name of the server etc it continually asks me for a password when I initially attempt to access this page. Any ideas?
