Contents of My Documents are showing on the All Programs menu.

XP, SP2, folder redirection (My Docs). Contents of My Documents are appearing over the bar on the All Programs menu. Some people have so much that they cannot see the programs on the menu – the documents span the monitor. I have redirected My Documents to a server folder with synchronization.
Could anyone please help????????
