Anyone out there had the repetitive dial-up condition on NT and the client ends up with an incredibley large bill from the telco?

Have had several situations where RAS will constantly dial an ISP.
Have checked IP’s, sticky mails, proxy server, RAS settings and etc.. – No luck
Someone tells me this could be a ‘ping’ from the ISP/telco’s.

Anyone got any clues?
