Convert NTFS 4 to NTFS 5

Hello, I have to migrate from NT4.0 to W2K. The servers are 5 file servers of one of my customers, and my idea is to format the primary partition and install W2K Srv on that partition and leave the others without make any change.
How I don’t want to backup and then format in NTFS 5 and then restore all data I need to know is if there is any convert command or something like that to make this convertion.
