Converting from Lotus Notes to Exchange

I’m looking for good conversion tools and any input for pitfalls in this type of switchover. We really only have about a dozen real Lotus Notes users client wise. But all the pop3 users using outlook express or outlook are going to the Lotus server for email. Not that big of a user base. 150-300. I have seen companies that sell conversion software. Any good ones out there??? May split up the points on this one.
