COPY AND PASTING TEXT FROM WORD DOCUMENT

I am trying to paste text from a Microsoft Word document into a webpage using Expression Web, retaining the source format without success.

When I click on “retain source formatting” both that and “match destination formatting” are activated, by way of a little dot being visible beside both.

Any advice would be appreciated.
