Copy Permission

Hello Every one,
PLease help…. Help..
I need to move files from one server(NT4.0) to other server (2000).I wanted to move the NTFS files permission as well as when i copy file from server to ohter server. Does any one know how to do this or where i can get a utility to do this? I need to this ASAP…
