copy profile error

I am migrating NT 4.0 workstations from a workgroup to a domain. I have one workstation that gives the following error when trying to copy the old profile to the new profile.

copy profile error

the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I am logged in to the workstation as administrator. The ws is 4.0 sp5. The profile starts to copy and then errors. I have copied profiles the same way on many other machines with no problem??
