copy shortcut script in login batch file

I have an existing batch file for all my domain users.

I want to add to the script. i want to copy an existing shortcut (on one of our servers) onto each users desktop (local & remote desktop environments) when they log in to their sessions.

I’ve been reading through existing posts & cant find a workable solution.

Any help would be great
