copy the folder from nt4.0 to nt 5.0

Hi,

i am facing the problem in copying the folder from nt4.0(ntfs) from nt5.0(ntfs).
i have the nt4.0 pdc and one nt4.0 member server, and i have windows2000 server which i
joined in nt4.0 pdc.now if i am copying
the folder from nt4.0 memberserver to windows 2000 server but i couldnt get the same file and folder permission what i have configured in nt.40 member server.pls any one
give the solution on that. or is there any tool for that to solve the problem
