Copy.exe!!!! is killing me!!!

Hey there, after a long fighting with the antiviruses and after reading the comments on this page I understood I have a big virus… every time I double click my D: drive it gives me the “copy.exe…” error message.
I tried to run Norton Antivirus but from some reason IT CAN?T SCAN THE HARD DRIVES!
Please help me…
