copying files and settings from domain logon to local/workgroup logon

Recently, server RAID went down…no longer have use for server. Although the server is unavailable, I still access all of my apps and data, locally, through the domain logon. I need help on how to correctly transfer all of my apps/data/settings so that I can access them by logging on to a local account. BTW If it makes a difference, have a large external HD.
