copying to WORD document

We use Hummingbird’s HostExplorer for Windows NT, version 6.1.1.0, in our daily customer contacts. When copying from HostExplorer and pasting to Word 97 we want Lucida Console to be the default font in Word. Word is not allowing this to be the automatic default.
How can this be set up to be the default when pasting?
